COUNSELING

In order to improve behaviour and emotional well-being, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other counselling techniques target the symptoms of ADHD by concentrating on changing unhelpful thought patterns.

DIETARY CHANGES

Modified diet, consistent exercise, and regimented activities can all help reduce symptoms. Techniques to reduce distractions and improve the quality of sleep are also recommended.

MEDICATION
